Get to know me

Hi! I'm Jessica, owner of JS Photo in Hilliard, Ohio.

When I'm not working the camera, you can find me hanging out with my husband and our two children. We love playing board games, going camping, and reading all of the books.

I've always had a love of the arts, but photography spoke to me in high school when I took my first photography class. This was before the digital age, so I was working with film and even learned how to develop prints in a dark room! We've come a long way since then, but I'm still always finding new ways to learn about this art, whether its shadowing other photographers who have worked for 20+ years or taking refresher courses to hone my craft.

My favorite part about photography is being able to capture a moment in time and give that moment back to my clients. As a mother, I know how quickly time can pass - and having a physical souvenir can help us to remember those moments forever!
